Ownership: MyTheme and Picgames layout and code is Copyright 2007. Expressions, Icons and wallpapers are owned by the subscribers that upload them. This goes both ways. We assume you made what you uploaded and we will not sell your property without your permision. If you upload something that is owned by someone else, we have the right to delete it and ban you without notification.
License: When you upload images, you give us the permission to display and distribute these images free of charge.
Cost: This site is free to use and free to upload and host images.
Liability: We are not liable for the contents of this site. You are responsible for the materials you upload on your own.
Upload Guidelines: All images that you upload must be owned and created by you or free to distribute with out royalty. Images that are not acceptable for uploading include copyrighted works by others, pornography, nudity, offensive, hate or other inappropriate materials for teens. No advertisements or other forms of solicitation. No silly, stupid, boring or repetitive images. No logos, celebrities, movies or other trademarked images.

Under the COPPA Act, this site does not collect data on children under 13, and so, does not allow the usage of this site by children under 13 with out the express written consent of their parents.
